1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking link.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, Sheeway is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@sheeway.com, and we will assist you promptly.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Sheeway will not be responsible for:
