Thank you for shopping with Sheeway! We are committed to processing and shipping your orders quickly and ensuring your items arrive safely.
1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after Time, 2:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable shipping through Primary Courier Partner, e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, or Xpressbees.

Delivery Disclaimer: The estimated delivery time is a guide and begins from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your exact pin code, courier operations, and unforeseen logistical delays.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier's website.
4. Shipping Restrictions

Service Areas: We currently ship only to addresses within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. box addresses. Please ensure you provide a complete physical address for delivery.

Inaccurate Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Sheeway is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the customer may be responsible for a re-shipping fee.
5. Damaged or Lost Orders

Damages: Sheeway is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages: If the tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier and our customer service team immediately at support@sheeway.com. We will assist you in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
